I market myself as a "cowpunk troubadour." I'm a one-man band and a campfire-style performer based outside Bardstown, Kentucky. I have a background in punk rock and got my start as bassplayer for indie artist Jeff Dahl. Even played on his excellent "Back to Monkey City" album (2008), which received a favorable review penned by David Fricke in Rolling Stone Magazine, Issue 1066. I also played bass with The Earps, a cowpunk band based in Phoenix, AZ that still exist to this day! Made two albums with them, and saw most of the United States from the passenger seat of a 1988 Ford Econoline van while touring around, and playing honky tonks and dive bars. Moved to Kentucky in 2010, joining local country/rock band Moonshine Millionaires and we had a good run of about 5 years or so. I've also performed with Nine Pound Hammer, Texas Terri, Ricky Rat, Jim Bachmann, Lowdown, and Gravel & Spiders. I currently perform as a solo acoustic player, and just started a band called Distillery Dogs.

Traveling in a Good Econoline. Classic! And reminds me of one of my favorite Nanci Griffith songs, curiously named Ford Econoline. 😀

Thanks for checking out my tune!

Thanks for your comment on "Into The Abyss". It's fun that you say you're envious of programming - I'm envious of people who can play instruments well 🤯
