This is lovely! Great drums with a strong latin jazz feel, and the pads create a beautiful and serene atmosphere. Very relaxing!

I like those roots drums! And it changes enough to keep my interest! Good skirmishing I say! Very chillaxing

I agree with the Peter Gabriel comment. Very interesting and relaxing piece, and very peaceful feeling of jungles, prairies, woodlands, beaches - everywhere.

Hi Wobbie, this is really good as is, but you could add your inimitable style of vocals and lyrics it would just take it to the next level. Proper good production as always! Good skirmishing

I like the organic and lush deep feel of this. Very meditative and transforming. It would be perfect for a flotation tank!

I hope you write some lyrics and sing or narrate over the top of this. I say that for two reason, you are such a wizard with words and because we could so use some of your wise words of wisdom on this topic. A little Wobbie philosophical pontification about Peace over this backdrop of musicβ¦.What could be better?

This feels very emotional - like the peace achieved after a cathartic release. The way you used the big βboomβ of drums was hypnotic. ππ»ππ½ππΏ

Evokes the skirmish title for sure. The hobbling drums sound like a weary army marching home, while the synths are mostly on major chords, which gives everything a hopeful quality.

Nice. Reminds me of Martin Denny. However, I also imagine someone's about to discover a body and Columbo is about to start asking questions

I'm getting strong Peter Gabriel vibes from this one, so obviously I *love* it. Those swirly synth pads set the mood nicely and the big drums (no cymbals!) add a Phil Collins vibe that fits like a glove.

I can imagine this used in film or tv scores.
For me, I see restful scenes in forests, or beside a large body of water in calm conditions.

Ethereal, ambient and alluring! A good bedrock indeed for some vocals but equally works as a stand alone instrumental.

great mixture of sounds and textures...

love those drums in such an arhythmic piece. i hope you find time before the end of fawm to write and record a spoken word part.
