A beautiful song about being thankful Thanks for sharing it with us.

I have made a concentrated effort to be more positive and thankful over the last few years. And for the most part, I have been successful. Listening to this morning waiting to go to the dentist to repair a front tooth (again) I foolishly chipped doing something silly. It made me feel a little bit better.

Sometime saccharine is just what we all need. I really love the tone of your singing voice, it rings out so clearly. The middle section is a great change of pace, I really like that line 'stay the lucky one.' A super touching first song! :) well done

“I’m stupidly lucky, I got my family”. Testify, lady! (I’m not sure I can pull that off, by the way). But I really feel you could boil my thoughts on life down to that phrase most of the time. Really like the melodic resolution in those ‘it’s real love’ lines. And then the rhythm of the chorus lines is - as my esteemed colleague @richaaaay notes - a really nice contrast. Great tune! More please…

Gratitude is the place to be. Love that perspective on life/family/community. I really liked how you picked up that pace with your vocal phrasing in the second verse. It was nice to have the contrast. Always love hearing you sing…
