So great to be back! I had a very successful FAWM writing 29 songs in 29 days. Looking forward to writing some new stuff for Fifty-Ninety, but probably not 1 per day!

I am a multi-instrumentalist: guitar, violin/fiddle, mandolin, and a number of other stringed instruments. I’ve been writing songs since my college years. I’ve started taking the approach of the ‘acoustic one take’ for FAWM & 50/90… and then revisiting them after the challenge to revise, arrange, and re-record them.

I currently live in Kenosha, WI, but am originally from the Milwaukee area. I have also lived in the Twin Cities (26 yrs) and Washington DC area (2 yrs).

I’ve been playing lately with my wife, Kristin... and co-hosting the monthly Kenosha Hootenanny with her.
