There is a restaurant in Providence RI that was recently designated as one of the top 10 new restaurants in the US and it's a biscuit place called Irregardless Biscuits. The name doesn't make sense, but the biscuits are definitely worth the trip there. I think the name should be Irresistable Biscuits and here is my instrumental tribute.

Do they have gluten-free? I'd drive to Providence for a delicious gluten-free biscuit irregardless ( which I'm sure you know is not a word so your accessmentbif the name is accurate!) I'm enjoying my coffee and this is the perfect song to listen to. It reminds me of George Winston.

I will travel far and wide to listen to a musical composition honoring food. LOL! A clever response and you are right....that name doesn't make any sense. I am not sure your composition sounds "hungry", but more loving of biscuits and their existence. It certainly was a very beautiful melody that allowed me to think also of some lovely butter and jam for my biscuits......... Loving your inspiration and music!!
