Liner Notes

For "Game On", my video game inspired EP.

In Alone In The Dark (1992) you could choose to play between two different characters as you adventured your way through a spooky manor. I opted to do a jazzy swing duet where the two selectable characters alternate their verses and come together for the chorus. Since I can't secure anyone around me who's ok with singing some crass lyrics, and my femvoice isn't really up to the task yet, I'll probably end up singing both parts and then pitch shifting the Emily part.

Of course, for the good version I'll be hoping my voice training will have aided enough for me to be able to sing both parts.

There's a lot that happens in the game, and I do feel like I sacrificed a little more banter between the characters just to fit in most of it in, but Derceto's a weird place and I wanted to make sure that was clear.
