What an avant-garde song. The public domain sample works super well. The lines that suddenly jump out from the jam seem to become more meaningful. The bass is super groovy.

I like the vocal samples and the overall mellow funkiness of the piece. Bass really locks in with the drums. "A prospect is never a pushover" ... funny!

In contrast to the other version of this, I like the more upbeat treatment of the track here making a downtempo version. Really dig the higher synth melody you added here. Nice lively bass. I think you've done a good job sampling the source material without making the samples repetitive. That voice reminds me of Cave Johnson, which is cool.

I'm 100% going to wait until the end of FAWM to listen to all of your work like I did last year, because I know you're going to have a cohesive and whole project. I was a little greedy and snuck your first track for a taste and yeah, still got the vision. Can't wait to fall into the rest! Great work as always! Good luck this month!

Bass and synth really lock in for a groove, the vocal samples add well and are altered well as the sound goes over them.

Oooooh that 'astralfunk' tag comes into play for me with that high synth lead that comes in around 1:19 - dig that.
I feel like the way people talked in media back in those days really lend themselves to sampling gold...always sounds so good; almost melodic the way they spoke.
And the fact that they never dreamed they'd be sampled and put to musical use 70 years later...that almost adds to the eerie hauntedness that I feel whenever people use vocals from back then.
Great groove on that bass and drum pairing - makes each shoulder move up and down opposite eachother and my neck swivel lol
Lots of excellent sounds you're using and layering and weaving.
The more chilled and musically-sparse section toward the end has a great feel to it, too. Love that bass sound you're using - that house music organ-y bass.

This has a really good feel - sort of musique concrete cut-up samples vibes but make it funky

Amazing idea and sonics. Kept me engaged all the way through.

Psychedelic. That booming announcer / commercial voice from the 50s. That synth that was screaming beauty in the background. The fast forward effects around the 1:55 mark. The entire seven minutes of being lost in yesteryear. The bass line to carry everything forward. What can I say? This was awesome. Thanks for making this and sharing it with us. This was so cool. You rocked this out on an iPAD!? +10 cool points for you! <3

Ya this one is wonderful too. I’ve been engaged for 13 minutes with your 2 uploads. They groove and the sample selection is great. Killer work.

I really like this style and groove. Makes me remember DJ Food's Kaleidoscope album - spacey and old timey at the same time.

Love the space funk vibe! The Buick samples float and flow perfectly throughout. Great groove!

I like the subject matter. Love the bass! Note to self: Buy Buick lol.
Im digging your series using the automotive training videos as the voices have those throwback TV voices. Combined with the music, since you actually keep the video/sample voices its 2 layers of interest and the delay is very effective. Very original!
