Liner Notes

This one is for the (Almost) Daily Prompt Challenge
When I discovered the challenge, I went to the link and the title of this song was that day's prompt.

Instruments:
Godin Nylon Strings Guitar
PRS SE Santana (through a M-Valve Mini Universe Pedal)
This pedal is a very cheap attempt to do a Strymon at a tenth of the cost. It doesn't come very close, BUT it does give a flavour of those long atmospheric reverbs. If you like that effect enough and think you could have it in your arsenal, then you may consider that the real thing (the Strymon Big Sky) is worth the cash.

NOTE: I am also debuting my Fender Fullerton Ukulele Bass ("Normal" steel strings). This is the first time I have ever put a bass track I have played out to the "public". So please be gentle with me on that side of the recording. 😉

Yup they are pretty good reverbs! Like it when you rock it up! That’s a top intro! There are no real winners! Really good song

Man.....you have that epic vocal timbre for this type of song. Great lyrics and Bm was a great choice. Berni is rockin' the house again!
PS - The bass added a lot to this song...keep doing it!

I like the chorus melody and the inversion of the title. There's a weight to your vocal that brings out the lyric quite well. Seems like you've made a damn fine anthem to the tragedy of war, poor people fighting when rich folk disagree.

10000 deaths. B minor is appropriate. The worst thing is no one knew what they were fighting for. Makes it all seem so pointlessly wasteful.
