Orchestral Funk

This one took me by surprise! I was creating a kind of orchestral and synth track and for some reason I hit the funk button. I think it works. Maybe I've just created a new genre, who knows. More likely it is the 'getting to 50 tracks' fatigue setting in.

I definitely enjoyed this and then got distracted by going on a tour of some new and some familiar orchestral/big(gISH) band funk so missed getting the zong bust. But it was definitely the emotional booster I'd needed today so thank you 💖🙏🏻

Fun. The huge bass is the star, of course (but that snare is pretty epic, too). The funk REALLY starts to kick in at 1:15 or so and whoa, off we jolly well go! Sweet!

Your comment about fatigue had me nodding in painful agreement. I've really been feeling it this summer. Not too far to go now, though.
