The title is not just a reference to the fairly rubbish time I'm having at the moment. This track happened because I'm trying to get my #chasebliss #mood Mk2 pedal to sync with Ableton so that the delay syncs with Ableton's bpm. After playing around with Indra Perkasa's rather nifty Max4Live device ( https://indraperkasa.gumroad.com/l/m4l-moodmk2 ) and following their instructions to tweak my Ableton settings, I _think_ I might have gotten it sorted.

Possibly.

Anyway, I put together a Superior Drummer backing track and then thrashed around on the #warrguitar for a while, and this is what I ended up with.

yup that is classy bass - you've got the job in my band! those drums are spot on as well! and hey when you have those 2 parts you're nearly there already ! the rest is icing and the icing is good!

That bass is amazing: it sounds like a processed voice at times!
Something in the textures is cradling, the tasteful guitar work tells me to relax -- and I do, but now and then some element that wasn't upfront surfaces and makes me smile. Is that a synth I remotely hear? What a rich mix, so skillful! I enjoyed my listen very much.

This is hypnotic! I love the guitar tone. Really groovy track! Those drums are awesome, and they sit really well in the mix. The ebb and flow really does make it feel like mood swings, you've captured that feeling well. And that guitar solo near the end is epic!!! Great work and I hope things get better for you soon!

WHOA those guitars are ripping. I love it. Great changes in here. I love the distortion changes around the 2 min mark where it's juuuuust enough to make it crispy, but not too crispy. This is so good.

This is really nice. Love the sounds of the guitars. I kept expecting certain song parts to reappear at particular intervals, but they did so as they wished, and when they were good and ready. Nice stuff.
