Sounds good and I certainly understand the point you're making. I think the 'weird' appellation is intended to make their base -- who see themselves as prototypically normal -- take a harder look at the potential leaders. I have no opinion on whether that's a fair trade. 😄

I think we all can enjoy creative weirdness and your song is a great celebration of that aspect of life. Then there's destructive weird and your last two lines show that you recognize the difference.

very good choice of music for this clever song. However, i see the whole election as a sub-human power struggle and would sing Trump and Harris rather than Trump and Vance. Beautifully sung, very subtle protest song - just wish you could get a better view of the Peppa t-shirt in the video. (Also, it reminded me that my dad made me a Dalek costume for a school summer fete when I was about 7 or 8 - to put that in perspective, I'm 58 now - brilliant when a song stirs memories that old.)
