Liner Notes

You can read this lyric as a Tarzan/Jane thing or a tale about coming home but whatever you find in this lyric I hope that the acoustic backing strengthens the meaning and purpose behind this lyric from @cbmagic
(NB: In the first chorus I did accidentally sing "whispers of the wind" instead of wild but I thought I'd keep it in there as the harmonies sounded pretty good)

Lyrics

Whispers Of The Wild
(cbmagic)

Verse 1:
In the quiet of the dawn, she finds her way,
Leaving behind the city's gray,
Maya walks where the wild things roam,
Finding peace, she's finally home.

Verse 2:
By the river's edge, she feels the flow,
Memories of love begin to show,
Her father's words, a guiding light,
In nature's arms, she feels just right.

Chorus:
Whispers of the wild, calling her name,
In the forest's heart, she finds her flame,
Nature's voice, a soothing song,
Guiding her where she belongs.

Verse 3:
In the canopy of leaves above,
She finds her strength, her inner love,
The whispers guide her through the night,
Until she reaches morning's light.

Chorus:
Whispers of the wild, calling her name,
In the forest's heart, she finds her flame,
Nature's voice, a soothing song,
Guiding her where she belongs.

Bridge:
In the darkest night, she stands so strong,
Finding the strength to carry on,
Through the whispers, she hears the call,
In solitude, she conquers all.

Chorus:
Whispers of the wild, calling her name,
In the forest's heart, she finds her flame,
Nature's voice, a soothing song,
Guiding her where she belongs.

Outro:
As the sun rises, her spirit's free,
In nature's care, she's meant to be,
In the whispers, she finds her grace,
And in the wild, she knows her place.

I love these lyrics. There is something special about being in the serenity of the forest. I love that the forest seems to be her home, and she feels it in her surrounding and in herself. Beautiful. The acoustic is a lovely accompaniment to the story, and your vocals are wonderful. I totally enjoyed the listen :)

Yeah, while I am an urbanite, there's something special about being in nature. It's why I enjoy getting out on a canoe on the river. I think this really captures the need for some time with nature. The harmonies are lovely, and that third line of the chorus is especially lovely. Nicely done, both.

ive never been much of a naturalist, although ive done my time in the forest. but i undestand how some people are born to it, and are miserable in the urban slumlife. this bring back the era of emerson and thoreau, and causes me to recall my many walks around walden pond.
