My husband and I have been binge-watching The Good Place over the last few weeks. We saw the last episode of the last season last night. This is my attempt to sum up the gut-punching message of that last episode, so of course, MASSIVE SPOILERS. If you haven't seen it yet, treat yourself. It's worth it.

Oh, this is so lovely! If you're playing in a mundane venue, don't tell them it's a fan story. They will love it for what it says, all by itself.

Definitely spoilers as a Good Place song (don't worry, I've seen the whole thing), but encapsulated well, and also potentially able to stand alone without that context. The harmony feeling a little sad but ultimately resolved seems right.

@dr_griff continues to surprise me with the songs he comes up with. I love this one so much, mostly because he came up with it after we finished our binge of The Good Place. I know I'm a bit biased, but come... it's awesome, right?
