This sounds like it fits into the 'groove without grooving' zone? Complex rhythm interplay going on with the different instruments. It does lighten the mood. I too was drinking coffee 👆

I admit to arriving for the "tootle stick"... but stayed for the nice coffee drinking vibe. So...it's slang for flute, maybe?
