Reads like a cool counter/bookend to Orbison's "Pretty Woman" or De Burgh's "Lady in Red" tune, @pabrizzer .

Dug the visuals you set forth in this write! Could see all the images as part of a telling vid in which Rita's dress magically changes pattern/color in time and in line with the lyrics being sung about it, her, and the storyteller.

Cool tale on the page and just as interesting in song. Well done!

That is a great theme for a song. Really wonderfully delivered too. I like the soft sound. It makes it feel really heartfelt. You got some good riffage in there too. Very catchy.

Oh this feels like a classic 1950s C&W song that my Dad would sing every time we had a power cut in Lagos. Hank Snow would have loved this.
