He/Him

Hello! I'm a keyboardist and vocalist from Syracuse, NY. I write a lot of #prog and #folk stuff with #piano. This is my 7th year doing FAWM! I've done the following previously:

2019 - A Story of Excalibur: Part I (#progressive , theatrical story of King Arthur)
2020 - A Story of Excalibur: Part II (same style as last year but with a little more experimentation to bring the story to a fantastic finish)
2021 - SCP: The Foundation (#synth -based atmospheric horror)
2022 - Photography (A little mix of everything! Just a collection of songs really)
2023 - Over the HEJ (Fun, novelty music in collaboration with my good friend @jsmalls)
2024 - Winter's Way (an original surrealistic concept album)

Listen to those here! https://nedgreenough.bandcamp.com/

I'm doing something a little different for FAWM this year. Over the past few years, I've been working on a lot of original material. However, most of it is in little bits and pieces. This year, my goal is to really flesh out those songs and help bring them to life. My personal goal isn't to reach 14 songs this year, but have at least an album's worth of material (maybe >35 minutes?). If all goes well, I'd like to use what I've done this FAWM as demos to jumpstart a third album. I'm really looking forward to it and am so excited to hear what everyone creates this year!

Also, feel free to hit me up if you'd like any keyboards or vocals on any songs! I love to collab!

If you would give me your e-mail address :) Can't find it somehow from last time

Sure, I‘ll send you an email with the idea!

Hey how are you doing? I have a song in mind that would be very prog (Fear of a blank planet style) and somehow I imagine your vocals on them. It’s only a guitar arpeggio right now and the rest is still an unborn child, no lyrics yet and maybe I’d leave the lyrics for you. It would be something for late FAWM maybe. Would you be interested?

Thank you so much Ned for your comment on „Shadow work“. What an honor- „early Steven Wilson“. I guess I cannot deny the music I‘m listening to. Am looking forward to your first song!

I‘d love that! No FAWM without a wonderful collab with you!

Welcome back! What are your plans for this FAWM? Prog extravaganza? Something acoustic? Synths? I'm psyched!
