I set out to write a nice, easy punk song. I picked the cult classic Faster, Pussycat! Kill! Kill! as a subject, gave it 250bpm, ripping bass, loud guitars, #boogie-woogie... wait, what?

Never do nothing, nice and easy, right Tina?

Yeah, this is #rock, maybe #hardrock and since punk is an attitude not an aesthetic, it's fucking #punk too. Bad Brains by way of John Spencer Blues Explosion. 🤷‍♂️

Most of all, this song is special to me because despite having done dozens of collabs with both @nahlej381 and @dreamscuba, this is the first time with both. It feels very #supergroup from here, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

Y'know - there's quite a bit to clean from this. I'm getting a much deeper sense of awareness. This track is killin'. Lots and lots of bite to it. And I appreciate that 3 cats collaborated on a song and made it work in spades...THAT'S more than dope.

this is relentless. elements of punk, death metal, and funk. the kill kill kill echos the mantra of kill for peace by the fugs..but there is no peace to be found in these hard-ass lyrics delivered with a take-no-prisoner resolution in the vocals. and the music never weakens in its churning repititions.

Ah, the sound of three guys dialling everything up and making some beautiful angry noise. Could cover several genres, like you say, but who cares about specifics when we can just enjoy the raw thrill of it. Love the ‘kill kill kill’, superb sample use, bass is mega, and those guitars… ah, those lovely super distorted guitar sounds (amazing playing!). Would love to hear more from this group please :)

Ooo the new super group hope it’s not as rude a name as @nahlej381 has named our collab. Ha ha yup I couldn’t put a genre on this - best I could come up with is alternative. So well put together.
