Digital waves crash through the dark
Satellites spinning leave their mark
Send that, send that, send that
through the air
While everyone pretends to care

Screen light flashing on your face
Keep me out of virtual space
Algorithm's dancing in our heads

Push that, push that, push that
message spread
Till nothing means a thing at all

Breaking through the static now
Voices lost in networks
Voices lost in networks

Digital Underground (Digital)

Filter bubbles rising fast
Instead of seeing what is real
Click that, click that, click that memory
Till truth becomes a fantasy

Screen time telling what to think
We're drowning in the data stream
Drowning in the data stream

Digital Underground (Digital)

Digital Underground (Digital)

Decide yourself what's real today
Networks moving fast
Keep me out of binary code
Disconnection's getting old

Breaking through the static now
Voices lost in networks
Voices lost in networks

Digital Underground

Digital Underground

Voices lost in networks
Voices lost in networks
Digital Underground
Digital Underground

Very nicely gritty guitar tone. Light vocal melody works as a perfect contrast to it. You clearly have a knack for choruses, things really explode there! I can definitely hear it playing at a stadium in front of jumping sea of people.

Cool rockage! Great theme! "Screen time telling what to think" Yes, this is my lane. We're witnessing the revolution now, and I think most people don't even know. The Quantum era is here.

Very cool song. Well-polished and fun to listen to. Has a great pop-punk sound to it. Really well done.

This is very cool. Could live in my Spotify playlist any day of the week.. Has a very pop-punk feel to it, but the title made me think it would be electronica… I loved this one. Thanks for sharing.

Certainly different, demonstrating your versatility and mastering of different styles, Jerry...well done!
I have to say that I got a digital warning to turn the music down from the underground possibly, as I might damage my lugholes at that volume and I had them on their normal setting...hah!
Pardon? Sorry, what was that? 😉

Almost a Jimmy Eat World vibe. Way to step out into new territory, Jerry. You clearly have a stylistic breadth worth exploring further. I like!

This is very cool. 8 like the difference in the music and vocals. Catchy and fun!

A surprise song with Jerry flavour. Cool, dynamic and fun.

@sbs
Your Beach Boy vocals were a bit of a shock after the hard rock opening. But, the more I listen, the more I think this would be super cool in a Broadway musical! Awesome production, Jerry! Brilliant!

But, yeah, truth in those lyrics. Getting so sick of it!!!! And I've been working in the digital world since the late 70s. But, as usual, a good thing has to be pushed and pushed until it's all gone bad.
