I took the Beatles song "Birthday" and tried to come up with something simple, that could be used for any special occasion, that could be sung to someone special, using a similar (lyric) arrangement as the Beatles' song. I’m imagining a four or five year old dancing around trying to keep a secret and failing utterly. Fun to have the Beatles tune in my head.

This is so much fun! I like that the receiver is going to know what it is, kinda mischieviously hints that the giver is going to give up the secret because they can't help it!

Listening to the Beatles version then reading your lyrics its fun to see what you are going for. What a cool inspiration to draw from and an excellent job matching the energy in these lyrics 👏 🍰 🕯
