@tseaver Funny thing, the whole "being ghosted" verse was a bit of an afterthought - literally the last verse added to this version of the song. Basically, the song was written from the back to the front and the "boo" part just kinda fell into place. Glad you like that little riff at the end ;)

Great write! Fun to tie the title to "being ghosted," as well as tying in references to resorts and American Pie!
The bounce of the guitar had my head bobbing even before the wry lyric begins, and kept the story moving well. The little farewell riff made me smile.
