From the title, I expected something a bit dark. From the lyrics, maybe expected something a bit heavier and angrier.

The chorus is simple, memorable, easy to sing along with. Success!
The lyrics are a bit confrontational, maybe enough that the people you're singing to wouldn't listen to it.
For me, it's also thought provoking. Do I hate 6 billion people I don't know? I think I don't think about them.
