Your attempted revival was a complete success as far as I'm concerned! This is splendid, heavily nostalgic food for my ears. I can hear echoes of many of my favourite bands back in my teenage years including Focus, and Yes, ELP, and PFM. That bridge at 2:34 is (chef's kiss). Bravo!
