Hi Zu,
I’m no big fan of ukes, but it works in this context to bring the song forward. I agree with @russkeys that the song has great potential. By the lyrics it sounds like that person maybe isn’t worth fighting for after all, although the storyteller in love with him. Lots of feelings there.
