All-Purpose Blues

Yesterday, I got part way into writing two somewhat sincere songs and couldn't figure out what I wanted to say in either of them. Today I just went for silly.
I think this is the third blues-oriented song I've ever written for FAWM or 50/90 about household items. (The other two were appliances. Shrug.)
Edit:
If I ever sing this again, I'd like the final verse to become...
But the strangest thing about this
Silly soap stockpile at hand
Is containers called “all-purpose”
Now number seven brands.
Tech stuff:
The verses are fairly common 8-bar blues progressions, except where I did some substitutions on the IV chord to keep myself entertained. Verses revert to more pop/rock chords.
Lyrics
There’s a room down in the basement
Where shelves cover up the walls
Holding so many cans and bottles
That it’s hard to count them all
Each holds some type of cleaner
Made for mirrors, tiles, or pans
But with them sits a mystery
I don’t understand.
I’ve scrubbed at grime;
I’ve wiped up slime,
But still I feel confused
For the bottle named “all-purpose”
Is the one I’ve never used.
Though I read all of the labels
I don’t know where to begin
It seems like washing objects
Depends on which room they are in
Well, it’s not that I think “all-purpose”
Would be right for my hair or teeth
But I’ve got two for furniture
Whether top or underneath
I’ve scrubbed at grime;
I’ve wiped up slime,
But still I feel confused
For the bottle named “all-purpose”
Is the one I’ve never used.
When it’s a floor that’s dirty
I choose ceramic, or rug, or wood
‘Cause if I brought “all-purpose”
I’d find that ain’t no good
But the strangest thing about this
Silly soap stockpile of mine
Is containers called “all-purpose”
Now number seven kinds.
I’ve scrubbed at grime;
I’ve wiped up slime,
But still I feel confused
For the bottle named “all-purpose”
Is the one I’ve never used.
