I agree with many of the comments below: great piano, great vocals (somehow you are both all you and yet also somewhat reminiscent of Perry Farrell here, while managing to channel some Beatles-style harmonies too). And I love the lyrics, perhaps even more because I'm sure I don't understand them completely. Really interesting stuff.

The piano got me first. Nice expressive use of the pedals. The beat has such a groove. Vocal harmonies are so giant and expansive, makes me think of later Beatles. Speaking of those guys, I noticed the pun in "round my floor, rectangle my door"!

There's a wonderful mystery and aggressiveness to the piano runs and drums. And those vocals -- wow! The song as a whole has a funky poppiness to it that I really like. The soaring intensity of the music means that, even if I admit I'm not sure I understand the literal intent behind the abstract lyrics, they're filled with drama. Really cool song!
