This is my kind of dance song -- Dance while the world is ending! Like you get to take a break even though you know there's lots to do. Very nice lyrical treatment of this type of denial, which can be refreshing and even necessary, in my opinion.

I absolutely adore your singing, Wonder. I think you are a major talent and deserve to be more well known as an artist far beyond what a little forum like this represents. But thank you for sharing your gifts with us mortals, including your fine guitar work, your always original lyrics and your cool compositions. This one is another great example. I hope to hear it in full-flower production some day.

Very nice lyrics. That line about the bills... we've had a lot of unexpected medical expenses lately and I've been working OT. Music is pretty much the perfect escape, and you did such a great job with this song. Yes, you definitely get points for trying to make a party song. However it all worked out, I'm glad this was your result.
