Liner Notes

I was away for the first couple of days of 5090, so though I'd better get cracking.

This was a quick tune almost straight out of my new Roland Fantom 08 with a couple of vst's added. Audio squirted out of the Fantom into Reaper for final mixing and rendering.

The only sounds not the Fantom are the vocal bits and 'stomps' from Jacobs Choir and some of my fave BBC SO horns.

Whew the panned synth really makes this an experience. Feels like an epic quest awaits. That Fantom sounds so good. I dig it!

Epic. Melancholy. Has vibes like a hero’s journey, ups and downs. The repeating chords are really tight. And the different “characters” dancing around them are really cool. If music is a language, then you my friend are an eloquent storyteller.
