I've been listening to a lot of lofi lately. I guess I see it as enlightened elevator music that's gradually being replaced by AI. But for now, I wanted to add some of my own real music to the collection.

In addition to live sax (with some happy overdub accidents), you'll hear sampled drums and (non-quantized) keys. The bass is real too.

Lofi seems to require noise so I have the requisite vinyl noise and band-pass going on. To add that extra ambient je ne sais quoi, I ran a track of my cat purring.

There may be an EP of lofi music on my horizon. Stay tuned.
