Liner Notes
Another attempt to use a #polychord. This one is major triads a tritone (+octave) apart. To my ears this kind of sounds like Lydian despite having "b7" and "b9". I've used it before as a triad pair over tritone substitutions but never really as a chord in this manner. The sound of the chord made me think of The Matrix and The Simpsons, hence the title. I think The Matrix soundtrack actually has a polychord like this?
The demo came out pretty rough, there are some pretty dumb lead lines but as an exploration, this was pretty good. I learned stuff. I think.

Pretty cool atmosphere you created here! Very cinematographic! The guitars tones are simply perfect! Great song!

I love what you're doing here. You introduce a wonderful tension, and retain an openness of sorts that allows so many things... Pretty good exploration for sure, and I keep learning things as well thanks to you.
Your liner notes made me envision a Matrix-Simpsons movie, quite dramatic and unsettling, with that piece of yours as the soundtrack. How cool would that be?

I don't know music theory near well enough to really understand your liner notes, but I can say that this rocks out very nicely, going on a cool meandering journey through various moods and concepts while always bringing us back to the heavy main line. Very cool!
