I wrote down this title last April just before we left our winter home, to head back north. It was really a beautiful desert spring here when we left, and i remember wanting to capture it in song. Just an homage to the valley. I always have a little regret when we have to leave, but then I remember, it will be 90 straight days of 110 degrees soon, so MN sounds pretty good for summer. 😄

Up the road to Flagstaff, where the mountains climb

We’re leaving with good memories, we all had
I wish we could stay, just a little bit longer
but there’s people in the north that we belong with
