Came across this and thought I'd have a go. Interesting prompt...I went a bit dark with it

Wow I wasn't expecting it to go quite that dark at the end, but it works and the lyric really suits that world weary performance. Nice skirmishing.

Cool song. I like the dark edge to this song. The mood of the song suits the lyrics and theme. Good work. Last line threw me a curve ball.

A very dark lyric, but mysterious, feels like it could be taken any number of ways or could be easily misunderstood :) I was also taken by your voice and delivery, you remind me some of I am Kloot, and that is excellent company to be keeping!!
