The Mobius Looper wasn't wanting to play nicely in Jeskola Buzz today. So that limited me to how I was going to build this track. Instead of building Mobius Loops, I patched the guitar feed thru the Elottronix XL Frippertronics Emulator - which, I think in the end, actually served the music better than a bunch of Loops would have. So I guess: one point for tempermental VSTs 😆

The two main riffs in this one sort of came together organically, which is how a lot of my riffs seem to happen. I like how they counterpoint each other in a way - which allowed me to build other textures on top as they repeated & faded, then got built up again. This was a fun process, tho fairly simple & straight forward. The soundscape I ended up creating turned out pretty good in the end, IMHO…

Only a few more tracks to go. Working on another complicated Buzz #一sȱưɲɗ一ǻɭʗħƹɱɣ一 piece at the moment. Having fun with a MIDI sequencer as well for that track. Hopefully I'll have it done in the next few days.

See You In The Shadows…

Simple and straightforward is my MO, as you know.
I'm liking the loops going on here, building, building...
Almost like chimes.
Like church bells there for a bit.
That's some pretty intense panning in the headphones.
I'm liking that descending bass-ish riff going on there.
Lovely hypnotic Drone-adjacent piece.
I need to do more looooong fadeouts, but I'm too scared.
Nice work here.

Super cool in headphones - love the echoey ping pong vibe.

Very lovely. I see waves, drizzle, fleeing clouds, blue night... It is hazy, but it is also bright. That's definitely an excellent sound alchemy piece, that leaves the mind dreamy and soothed.
I don't know why, but the motion I perceive goes inwards. Maybe it's a bubble or a shield that you're building with your shimmery loops.
Anyway, that's a gorgeous soundscape, and I really enjoyed listening to it.
