Lyrics: written in 30 minutes during the skirmish. These strange times.
Music and demo: the next morning. I tried to write a slow blues shuffle using a whole tone progression to meet the suggestion of strange music. That did not quite work, but I shuffled it around until I had music that was singable but still strange.
