Lyrics

Verse 1:
I was trapped in a web, woven so tight,
In a job that drained my soul, from morning to night.
The pressures mounted, and the walls closed in,
A maze of confusion, where did it begin?

Chorus:
But I found my way out, broke free from the chains,
Through the storm and the fire, through the heartache and pains.
With courage as my guide, I rose and took flight,
Escaping the web, reclaiming my light.

Verse 2:
Toxic friends spun a web, pulling me down,
Their voices of doubt, made me almost drown.
One day I woke up, with a whisper so clear,
A promise of freedom, no more living in fear.

Chorus:
But I found my way out, broke free from the chains,
Through the storm and the fire, through the heartache and pains.
With courage as my guide, I rose and took flight,
Escaping the web, reclaiming my light.

Bridge:
I took a deep breath, and started anew,
Left the web behind, and embraced the true.
Step by step, I changed my course,
Found my own path, with unwavering force.

Verse 3:
I sought out new passions, let them grow,
Discovered my talents, and began to show.
With every challenge, I learned and I grew,
Built a life that’s authentic, a dream come true.

Chorus:
Yes, I found my way out, broke free from the chains,
Through the storm and the fire, through the heartache and pains.
With courage as my guide, I rose and took flight,
Escaping the web, reclaiming my light.

Outro:
Now I stand on the edge, of a future so bright,
No longer entangled, I've won the fight.
With my head held high, and a heart that’s true,
I’m free from the web, and I’m born anew.

This is a good rock anthem. Nice vocals/lyrics and great production. Cool guitar solos.

These are great changes @cbmagic! I am very impressed how you finessed the song into something more meaningful. Good work!

After Atonrberg's note, I did change the lyrics. Thank you for your suggestion.

This is an interesting approach, but I feel like it's very vague. I think giving the listener more information about the narrator would help the song. Clarifying the situation for the listener would help give the song more direction and meaning. Right now, I am not sure what it's about. How did the narrator free themself from the web?
