I dug out my beloved Schecter Omen VI, the one equipped with a Roland GK3 MIDI pickup, and plugged it into a bank of softsynths... and improvised this.
And, yes, there are crackles because I didn't check the levels and I'm getting some overloads in there. :-(

I hate em, I tells ya!
I didn't hear any in this tune, however.
This is nice and flowy, like floating down a river made from electronic cotton balls.
Or something.
I don't even know what I'm saying anymore.
But, yeah, this is certainly a worthy experiment.

Very cool musical panorama! Neer had the chance to use a guitar MIDI device - I had an old synth that took 5v CSV signals, but it didn't do well with a guitar!

It is good to hear this combination again! I suspect there aren't too many FAWMers that are rocking this combination and it opens up such a unique set of sounds. Nice relaxing vibe
