What an amazing singing voice the late David Cassidy had and such perfect feel-good, happy, upbeat, memorable songs The Partridge Family produced.

I wrote this "In My Dreams" lyric in what I feel the style and vein of that somewhat forgotten "Partridge Family" age of songwriting and singing--songs and performances that I still enjoy to this day, and look to capture, from time to time, in lyrics of my own like this one.
