Liner Notes

This was started in fragment form after the wet tent song. I completed it today.
Uke chords ( sounding trite and singalongs) were GCGD followed by Em B7 fir a bit .. ha ha you can see how detailed things are this end .. but then I started messing with the app beatwave and I’ve got a pretty great electronic back based around bass notes GCGD only minor .. and cool not like the music these ( not fictitious) people were playing … Will post when my rock hands arrive !!
By the way of o do these kinda song live there’s plenty of room for asides or extended bars to fit in extra words -it’s all part of it. If however I did it with electronic track I’d revert to spitting out the lines in a more ocertly rhythmic manner

cause they set up ( opposite) and now they play
music through the fucking night
and music through the day

They screech and whoop and revel
drop the jungle beats from hell
They keep my nerves a-jangling
I cannot wish them well.

I crawl back to my tent
In hopes of rest and quiet
A bit of peace and solitude
I wish that they would bloody try it.

I thought it was a crew field
A place for those who work
I didn’t expect to be surrounded by
Hedonists and jerks.

Still less those who have a penchant for
Shit music -
Stuff that is -all ee ee ee and boom boom
It’s trite and dull and dreary
and would bring down any room-

And more so still an open space
Under the stars and in view of the sea
Where it’s lovely from time to time to retreat
And recharge flagging batteries

But when I go to have a little lie down
There they are a-revelling Oblivious to the beauty of nature
Off their heads and destroying the silence (with their whoops and yells of exuberance) so you know i didn’t actually say anything but my brain did . It said ‘fxxibg neighbours just so you know - I hate ya! ‘
