No, we're not trying to fight you. In June 2023, as the anniversary of Leading Off neared, Lavish Dude went in a slightly different direction. Andrew put on his programmer hat and, with some magic, made it possible for the duo to reimagine a handful of DudeTunes as chiptunes, through some synth sounds that should be very familiar to a lot of us. Gotta catch this album!

Lavish Dude's first FAWM effort was entirely written, recorded, and produced in Sean's Kalamazoo apartment between February 8 and February 10 of 2019. We took 2020 off (with the exception of two songs in the spring). FAWM 2021 was conducted virtually in the throes of the pandemic, with correspondence mixing and the occasional rehearsal session using Upbeat. 2022 represented the first LD "win" within regulation FAWM! 14 tunes in 28 days.
